About you - what does Euro Immobilien expect from you?
Without good communication there is no buying or selling real estate. Honest and transparent communication both on our part and on yours, compliance with the terms, laws and conditions of real estate purchase in Croatia, are necessary for the purchase and sale of real estate, from the first conversation until moving in. After the real estate brokerage, we expect you to pay a brokerage commission. It is charged in the amount of 3% + VAT (3.75%) of the purchase price of the property. Mateja Bogdanić is a graduate business economist and a professional real estate broker.
After completing her studies at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, she began her career in prestigious tourism companies, where she was able to gain extensive experience in almost all business areas, including marketing, sales, organization of business processes and building of international business relationships.
After several years of working experience in the tourism industry, she decided it was time for a career shift and started working as a professional real estate agent. Nowadays, she can proudly look back on several hundreds of successfully concluded real estate purchase contracts and many satisfied customers.
Apart from working as a real estate broker, Mateja is also involved in the planning and development of investment projects for both residential and tourism purposes, and is responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies, sales of properties and sales organization and leasing of completed building properties.
