How did the small cities on the island of Krk manage to attract the attention of clients of high purchasing power? What does a buyer have in mind when buying a property?

Today's buyer chooses quality. The investors with serious approach to the selection of location and preparation of projects have recognized this as well. The selection of location is a parameter that can be crucial in terms of quick and successful sale of the property or complete failure.

How did the small cities on the island of Krk manage to achieve high demand?

However, the region of Šotovento between Malinska and the city of Krk is characterized by sales of luxury stone houses overlooking the sea, whose prices range between 450,000 and 800,000 €. These elite neighborhoods bring positive effects on the overall images of the settlements, their infrastructure and the value of other properties. The prices in Dubrovnik and Opatija still cannot be compared with the prices on the island of Krk.  The said destinations are recognized as prestigious, not only in Croatia, but also in the whole world. Krk is still far from it, but after a certain period – thanks to its natural and cultural beauties, excellent infrastructure and future investments - it will be able to compete with these destinations in terms of prices of the properties.
