the Riviera of Vinodolski

In the central part of the northern Croatian coast, from the old Frankopan fortress called Novigrad, the tourist town of Novi Vinodolski, the center of today's Novi Vinodolski Riviera, developed and expanded along the coast. Thanks to the evergreen vegetation and mild Mediterranean climate, clean sea and air, in 1878 Novi Vinodolski became, shortly after Opatija, one of the first tourist destinations in the coastal area. The physiognomy of the city is characterized by the coastal architecture of white facades and red roofs in the old core that rise from sea level to the church and tower on the hill.
Today, old coastal houses in the old part of Novi Vinodolski are more the most attractive real estate in the area, alongside family houses in attractive locations near the sea.
