In organization of the Real Estate Association at the Trade Sector of Croatian Chamber of Commerce, on May 9th and 10th 2014 the 21st Forum on real estate activities was held in Opatija. The employees of the agency Euro Immobilien attended the Forum as well. The main topics of the Forum were ordinance on assessment of the property value, trends in real estate business, maritime property issue, good manners in sale and changes in real estate taxation which shall enter into force on January 1st, 2015.

In addition to the previously mentioned lectures, during these two days of the Forum the employees of the agency Euro immobilien also had the chance to attend the lecture on the obligations of real estate broker according to the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, fulfilling thus their legal obligation for professional training in this segment of business as well.

Especially interesting was the lecture on good manners in sale, online presence in real estate business and news concerning the online advertising.

The Forum on Real Estate Activities gathers all the licensed real estate brokers twice a year and provides them, while enjoying a good company, with all the major issues in real estate business. As on previous gatherings, this one also provided a handful of useful information that will surely help us in further work and we are looking forward to the next Forum in autumn.
